Be the trusted advisor for textile mills across South Asia. You'll assess loom performance, recommend AAS Tech solutions, and guide installations that deliver measurable production improvements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site loom performance assessments at textile mills
- Analyse production data to identify RPM, efficiency, and quality improvement opportunities
- Recommend and specify AAS Tech product configurations for each mill's unique setup
- Guide installation teams and oversee first-run performance validation
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships across the region
Requirements
- 5+ years in textile machinery sales, consulting, or technical support
- Deep understanding of weaving processes — rapier, air-jet, and jacquard
- Ability to read and interpret loom performance data and fabric quality metrics
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and Southeast Asia
- Fluent in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Existing relationships with textile mill owners in India are highly valued
